DR WATSON GOODNIGHT OIL - 4000MG

Dr Watson's one of our new favorites in store and this goodnight oil is one of the reasons - it's a super strong CBD oil that's taken in drops that go under your tongue, taken an hour or so before bed the CBD's calming effects kick in just before you're due for a good night's sleep; so combined with the chamomile and peppermint extract the soothing effect of the CBD is complimented by the relaxing and sedating effect of the chamomile - and once you're asleep the peppermint helps keeps your sinuses clear and your airways open so that you breathe easily, ensuring you fall into a long and restful sleep. 

Though the benefits of CBD may be a boon throughout the day we do not recommend that you take these drops during the day as, depending on your receptiveness, the drowsiness it provides can sometimes be quite potent - so take some time to yourselves in the evening to take your dose and relax before you head to bed! If you do find that the effect is too strong then simply take a little bit less - it'll make it last a whole lot longer too!
