Dr Watson is our latest and greatest wellbeing range to be brought into the shop, something we've been impressed with ever since we shared a few samples around the shop - their high quality products have been tested by us and we wouldn't be selling them if we didn't think they were amazing! This one in particular is a wellness oil that's taken in drops that go under your tongue and provide you a sense of wellbeing and serenity that comes with a clear and relaxed mind. 

CBD by itself is powerful when taken correctly, its' calming benefits reduce stress and anxiety and work to clear up heads that are full of racing thoughts. To add to this the Yuzu extract, taken from a fruit not too dissimilar to a lemon, has been shown to support a wide array of benefits that your typical lemon doesn't; it's rich in antioxidants (compounds that stop unstable cells from growing into worse things), has a calming effect and is nutrient dense in a way that helps you brain process everything that's going on. Eucalyptus on the other hand is something that's associated with opening up your airways and helping you do the simple things like breathe.. Which sounds silly but when you get more oxygen into your system your body doesn't have to work so hard - so it gets given a chance to relax too!
