CBD is something that has been paraded around social media, news websites and health forums as this magical cure to a lot of things - but what is it really?
CBD, also known as Cannabidiol is an extract from the Cannabis plant. Yes - the same plant that produces your weed, hash, leafy greens, devil's lettuce, pot, grass, ganja, mary jane, kif, gas, chronic, etc. Only CBD has all the psychoactive component of marijuana removed. That is to say it contains ZERO THC - the stuff that makes you euphoric, giddy and prone to listening to bands like Pink Floyd, Phish and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets.
Well, what's the bloody point you might say, and let me enlighten you! CBD is has been proven to, through extensive laboratory testing and our own personal experience, provide a wealth of benefits to not just your bodily health but your mental wellbeing too.
• When consumed CBD provides a mind-calming and anxiety-reducing effect. Perfect for those looking to take the edge off of a stressful day ahead of them, such as the hassle of an airport, big show, concert, train travel or meetings. At the end of the day it can help you relax too - bringing you back to earth and relieving the tension, mental or physical, from you.

So what's best for me?

For those who have general pains or want the health benefits of CBD the one-a-day CBD capsules might work even better - these last a long time and can be taken with breakfast to give you the whole range of CBD benefits without having to lather up or rub yourself.
If you're a smoker, vaper or something inbetween then CBD E-Liquids or the CBD drops are the best thing - you can add drops to your usual juice or use a CBD e-liquid with or without nicotine to get even more relief as you use your kit.
